Vetted Venture’s History

2016
As a 33% owner of Veltracon, a family-owned and operated luxury car brokering agency, Jesse Piccolo spent four years self-managing and communicating his way to creating long-lasting partnerships with clients.
2019
Jesse Piccolo becomes a fully licensed Florida Real Estate Agent to add more value to his current clientele. In his first year he did over $7,000,000 in sales representing sellers and buyers for ocean front in Melbourne Beach, FL.


2020
In November 2020, Jesse Piccolo launched Vetted Ventures to provide more value and unlimited opportunities for his clients.
2021
Jesse took on his biggest real estate projects working with a client in the sale of his ocean front Florida Keys home. He also became a licensed Montana relator to assist in real estate projects with a client in Montana. Jesse is fully committed to his clients, proving he will do what it takes to bring forth the best outcome for his clients.


2023
This year was all about continuing to strengthen current relationships and foster new ones in order to better build the Vetted Venture brand. Our relationships are built one transaction at a time. It is important to us to be an extension of our clients and their interests to best service them for the greater good of our network.
2024
Jesse conducted interviews with some of his closes clients to share his passion for extracting the information of what it took for the client to put themselves in position to be successful. These interviews were a way to give value to the world through his clients stories as well as help build the Vetted Venture brand to showcase the unity of his company and clients. Jesse has a vision for Vetted Ventures! His goal is to create the ultimate luxury brokerage firm, where clients operate and transact in-house under our management, thanks to our team of dedicated agents and services. Jesse believes in transparency and prioritizes his clients’ best interests above all else. He began brokering cars in 2017 by reaching out to private sellers online and offering his services to help sell their vehicles. With great success, he built a network of clients and dealers, creating more value and opportunities for everyone. Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsea, and their three daughters, Aubrey, Riley, and Harper. Health and fitness are priorities for him, and he strives to lead by example, showing others what is possible when you dedicate your best efforts to achieving your goals in life.

ZACH TAYLOR – SALES

Zach was born and raised in Florida, playing sports all his life, where he learned the values of discipline, hard work, and teamwork. He is a licensed Florida realtor, ready to assist any buyer or seller with commercial or residential transactions.
On the automotive side, Zach focuses on building and strengthening dealer relationships with Ferrari and Porsche to create more opportunities for our clients. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and water sports.

Harry from the age of 13 developed a strong passion for photography and videography. He started his career by using his camera skills at luxury car dealerships, creating content and managing their social media pages with his collages.
He now dedicates his talents to Vetted Ventures, working closely with Jesse on online efforts and building the brand’s image.

ETHAN MARQUIS – SALES
Ethan is one of the newest additions to the Vetted Ventures team, bringing a diverse background and a strong passion for aviation. He served 11 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed discipline and attention to detail. Coming from the mortgage industry, he has extensive experience in high-value transactions and client relations. Aviation runs in Ethan’s family—his father has been a private pilot for 32 years, fueling Ethan’s lifelong interest in the industry. Now, as part of Vetted Ventures’ aviation sales division, he is committed to helping clients navigate the process of buying and selling private aircraft. Outside of work, Ethan is passionate about K9 training and enjoys working with highly skilled dogs. Most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife and kids.
